Amy Desmarais

Founder + VP. Andre and I first connected at the University of New Haven through an incubator he ran, the Center for University-Based Enterprise & Development (CUBED). We spent hours at the whiteboard chasing opportunities with our markers until the beginnings of Ripple100 emerged- I’ll never forget our “War Room” days.

Today, we are micromarketers and story tellers using our application to tell and spread stories that move audiences to action where it counts both for our clients and the community.  On the service side we work with businesses and non-profits to identifying where audiences are getting stuck, where they need to be and who/what are the key people and pieces to move to get them there.  Then we tell the stories that make it happen.

On the personal side, I’m a CT native who grew up in South Windsor and currently loves living in New Haven among the hidden treasures, culture and people. Outside of attempting to try every restaurant in New Haven, I enjoy playing sports (soccer being my #1 love of course!), being outside, relaxing (or working) at coffee shops and the simple pleasures of spending time with the family + friends who make the journey worthwhile.

Connect with me wherever it suits you, on-line or off the people that we meet (and their stories of course) are what keep us going- a few special shout-outs to GoogleHaven Crew, Left to Right Advocates, and our Ripplecast 2010 stars. Find me online here:
